Bachmann and Rubins Join IntelliReach as Board Members
Two New Board Members Bring IT Services Expertise to IntelliReach
IntelliReach Corporation, the integrated messaging management company, today announced the addition of Andrin Bachmann and Matthew J. Rubins to its Board of Directors, bringing unique perspectives and years of IT experience to the IntelliReach organization.
Mr. Bachmann, a Partner at M/C Venture Partners, co-founded Glocalnet in Stockholm, Sweden. Glocalnet, listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, is now the third largest provider of telecommunications services to Swedish consumers. Afterwards, Mr. Bachmann was involved in a number of projects in the IT and software sectors. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH). At M/C Venture Partners, Mr. Bachmann directs his expertise to investments in Europe and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Attenda Limited.

Mr. Rubins is a General Partner at M/C Venture Partners, where he has worked on a variety of investments in the broadband wireless, enterprise infrastructure, competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC), ISP, telecom software and IT services industries. A graduate of Cornell University with a BS in Applied and Engineering Physics, Mr. Rubins received his MBA from the Harvard Business School. He was a Financial Analyst and then Associate in the media and telecommunications groups at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, both prior to and after business school.
Mr. Rubins brings his understanding of the IT services industry to IntelliReach, leveraging his previous experience at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Technology Group as an Assistant Vice President in the telecommunications and data networking areas. Currently serving on the Board of Directors of HyPerformix, Viola Networks and Vertical Communications, Mr. Rubins is also the Director of SecureMedia.
