Lance UrbasLance Urbas
President & CEO

As an industry veteran, Lance brings a wealth of expertise in guiding software companies to success. Prior to IntelliReach, Lance was most recently President and CEO of Authentica, Inc., a leading provider of solutions for enterprise digital rights management. Before Authentica, Lance served as General Manager of Axent Technologies’ Network Security Business Unit after Raptor’s merger with Axent. At Raptor, Lance served in several executive capacities including Senior Vice President of Engineering and Vice President of Product Marketing. Before joining Raptor, Lance was the Eastern Area Director of Sales for Veritas, starting as Veritas’ first sales person on the east coast. Prior to Veritas, Lance held various management positions in engineering, sales and marketing for Convex, Tandem, and Data General.

Lance graduated magna cum laude from Hofstra University with a B.S. in Computer Science, entered the Masters Degree program at Columbia University and later transferred to New York University as a doctoral candidate in Computer Applications and Information Science. Lance is a member of the Advisory Board of Olin College’s Foundry Program assisting aspiring entrepreneurs.

Jack SteinkraussJack Steinkrauss
VP of Finance & CFO

With over 30 years of high-tech industry experience as a Chief Financial Officer and senior financial executive, Jack Steinkrauss has worked for noteworthy companies Stargus, Authentica, eRunway, Lancast, Racal-Redac, Compugraphic and Digital Equipment Corporation. Prior to IntelliReach, he built the finance and accounting infrastructure for an $80 million business division sold by Polaroid Corporation. Jack is a CPA and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Derek SchoettleDerek Schoettle
VP of Business Development

Derek has over 12 years of technology business development experience. Before joining IntelliReach, he co-founded SL New Media, a healthcare technology firm, where he raised several rounds of equity capital, forged strategic partnerships, and oversaw day-to-day operations. At IntelliReach, Derek is responsible for growing the business through partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic marketing. He holds his M.B.A. from Babson College and B.A. from Dickinson College.

Matt PaulMatt Paul
VP of Engineering

Matt has over 16 years of high speed messaging experience acting as the principal architect of messaging systems used in life/safety, business communications systems and mission critical dispatch applications. Prior to joining IntelliReach, Matt served as VP of Product Development/Senior Software Architect for MX Sciences where he was key in the development and delivery of their email content filtering solution. Matt was also the lead for GSM data technology for Cambia Networks and, prior to Cambia, was the principal architect for server based messaging products for MDSI. Matt has extensive experience in software development, testing, quality assurance and deployment. Matt studied Aerospace Engineering at the University of Kansas and Computer and Information Sciences at Roosevelt University.

Greg ArnetteGreg Arnette
Founder & CTO

Greg is responsible for IntelliReach’s product vision. He has been a messaging and GroupWise expert for over 15 years and has consulted with leading corporations on the management and administration of their email systems. Greg designed IntelliReach’s leading monitoring solutions for Microsoft Exchange, Novell GroupWise and Lotus Domino. He has a B.A./B.S. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Peter ZimmerPeter Zimmer
VP of Technical Services

As one of the founding members of IntelliReach during its startup, Peter provided sales and marketing expertise as well as developed the overall business strategy taking the company from launch to its first $1.5 million in sales. In 2000, he joined VistaSource (subsidiary of Applix, Inc.) as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management where he returned the unit to profitability and successfully sold the company to Parallax Capital Partners. Returning to IntelliReach in 2003, Peter established IntelliReach’s professional services group where he leads a team focused on providing technical and consulting services in support of the company’s products. Peter graduated cum laude with a B.A. degree from St. Bonaventure University.
