IntelliReach Launches Content Inspector For GroupWise
Solution Provides Rapid Response for Legal and Human Resource Queries to Enforce Email Policies and Alleviate Risks
IntelliReach Corporation, the email lifecycle management company, today announced the release of Content Inspector for GroupWise, a powerful content policy and discovery tool that gives IT administrators and organizations complete visibility into their entire GroupWise system.
Content Inspector protects organizations from legal action and human resource risk by auditing and enforcing email policies, and is an affordable precursor alternative to deploying an enterprise-wide email archiving system. Its Web-based interface allows for easy access and deployment to look for wide-spread problems such as policy non-compliance, intellectual property leaks and inappropriate content.

- Protection from liability in human resources or potential harassment cases
- Forensic scanning, searching and classification of the GroupWise database

Content Inspector uses powerful search capabilities to explore every folder in every mailbox across message headers, message text, and the text of all standard attachment types. Results can quickly be exported to PST and other formats for legal or backup needs.
During the initial investigation set up process, administrators and investigation managers define a set of messages to be searched based on criteria such as mailbox ownership, date range, keyword and status. Once an investigation is imported, message text and attachments can be viewed by either full-text search or directory tree browsing. For proper legal documentation, all actions and searches are audited and tracked.
