IntelliReach Launches Version 3.2 of MessageInsight for GroupWise Reporting and Management

Latest Version of MessageInsight Integrates with IntelliReach Anti-Spam for Complete Email Protection and Trend Analysis to Optimize Performance

IntelliReach Corporation, the email lifecycle management company, today announced the release of MessageInsight Version 3.2 for GroupWise, supporting powerful reporting and trend analysis of email. MessageInsight V3.2 tracks email usage, identifies abuse, and optimizes organizational email performance. The latest version of MessageInsight now integrates with IntelliReach’s high-performance spam, virus, and explicit image filtering appliance.

With the integration of IntelliReach email reporting and filtering, organizations can both protect their systems from harmful viruses and content, and track and report trends to plan and analyze their email system. MessageInsight V3.2 now features extended flexibility and performance and allows organizations to analyze traffic trends to make better decisions about hardware resources and email policies.

The tool supports over 60 pre-defined reports on all GroupWise modules including Gateway, Domain, Post Office, WebAccess, and Mailbox. Further, IT managers can not only view data but also capture real-time reporting, leverage customization features, and publish and export reports, in order to evaluate systems information and support vital IT decisions.

MessageInsight V 3.2 features:

  • Seamless integration with IntelliReach anti-spam to provide reports on email filtering effectiveness.
  • Over 60 pre-defined reports on all GroupWise modules, including Gateway, Domain, Post Office, WebAccess, and Mailbox.
  • Traffic analysis on all GroupWise modules, as well as time interval reports, top receivers and senders, Internet domains and detailed user reports on subject line, data sent, etc.
  • Visibility into WebAccess usage including users not found, no password, and invalid passwords.
  • Security audits to assess which users have been granted access rights and which shared folders are accessible.
