IntelliReach Corporation Acquires MicroData Software, Inc.
Easy to Install and Use Product Helps IT Managers Ensure Health of Microsoft Exchange Email Systems
Dedham, Mass, April 29, 2002 - IntelliReach Corporation has acquired the assets and technology of MicroData Software, Inc. (Topsfield, MA), the companies announced today. The acquisition enables IntelliReach to build upon its position as a leading provider of email management and infrastructure solutions. Through the acquisition, IntelliReach’s customer base expands to include over 1,500 organizations in 37 countries, with nearly 2 million mailboxes managed by IntelliReach products.
MicroData Software develops software products that enhance enterprise security, policy management, and reporting for Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server. Its products enable administrators to monitor and report on usage historically and in real-time. Under the guidance of Founder and President Paul D. Parisi, MicroData has sold to hundreds of customers worldwide. Parisi is the primary software architect for MicroData’s family of innovative management solutions for Microsoft Exchange. Parisi joins IntelliReach as the Chief Architect - Microsoft Products.
